Coaching Unlocks Potential

Craig has spent decades helping leaders grow by stepping into real responsibility - first in wilderness settings, now within businesses from California to as far away as China. His coaching is rooted in leadership principles learned through experience but focused on you: unlocking your wisdom, your courage, and your potential.

Culture Makes the Difference

Craig co-founded Rock-N-Water in 1989 and sold it in 2018. The company still flourishes, thanks to a values-based culture that was intentionally shaped and continually strengthened. Staff stayed because they found purpose and grew as they stretched themselves to meet the mission.

Family

Craig and his wife, Marianne, have been married for 35 years and raised three children. Their family has faced mental illness, chronic physical illness, and in 2012, the loss of their eldest daughter, Linnea. Those experiences deepened Craig’s belief in the power of love - a strength that continues to ground his coaching.

The Most Underrated Strategy

Love is not just Craig’s motivation—it’s his methodology. He believes it’s the most underutilized leadership tool we have. When leaders start asking themselves, “What’s the caring thing to do here?” they often increase quality production, unlock better decisions, build healthier teams, and live more fulfilling lives.
